They might start out looking kind of cute like a weird pokemon, and not like a life threatening beady eyed death machine…
… but according to an ornithologist who wrote a book, these fuckers have “the inner or second of the three toes fitted with a long, straight, murderous nail which can sever an arm or eviscerate an abdomen with ease. There are many records of natives being killed by this bird”
